Antica Foma s.r.l., based in Nonantola (MO) at Via Limpido n. 85, was founded in 1989 and operates in the trade of cured hams and cured meats.
Always characterized by an artisan vocation, Antica Foma directly controls and selects the incoming raw material in the four curing plants with which it collaborates.
Authorized to export to EEC countries, UNI ENI ISO 22000:2005 certified, the 2400 sq. m. plant includes a temperature- and humidity-controlled warehouse that can hold about 20,000 cured hams, 5 cold rooms and a large area dedicated to deboning and product processing, and is part of the Borsari Group, one of the largest importers of cereals for animal use.
Antica Foma employs 16 people internally and has a sales department consisting of 20 units.
