After its founding, recognition came in 1913 at the International Modern Arts and Industry Exhibition in London, with a gold medal for the Hungarian salami that would become one of the company's flagship products.
In 1923 the plant in Castellucchio (MN), the company's historic headquarters, was purchased, and later the Marcaria slaughterhouse and ham factories in the province of Udine and Parma were added. These are the locations where the various Levoni specialties, exported throughout Italy and the world, are still produced today.
In 2011 the company celebrated the 100th anniversary of its founding.
